02

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to answer your request and do the work:

  • Contact details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, and the street address and community where the work is needed.
  • Job details, such as whether the property is a home or a business, the service you need, a description of the problem, and any photos you choose to upload.
  • Your preferences, such as the best way to reach you and how you heard about us.
  • Service and billing records created when we evaluate, estimate, or complete a job, including estimates, invoices, receipts, permits, and payment records.
  • Basic technical data your browser sends automatically when you visit the site, such as browser type, device type, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
03

How we use your information

  • To respond to your call or service request and schedule an evaluation, repair, or estimate.
  • To prepare and email estimates, invoices, and receipts, and to process payments.
  • To apply for permits, schedule inspections, and coordinate shut-offs and reconnections with your power company when a job requires it.
  • To honor our warranty and follow up on completed work.
  • To keep business, tax, and licensing records as required by law.
  • To understand how visitors use the website so we can keep it accurate and easy to use.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell door to door.

04

When we share information

We share information only when it is needed to do your job or run our business:

  • With the county or city building department when a permit or inspection is required.
  • With your power company to arrange a power shut-off and restore.
  • With service providers who help us operate, such as our website form processor, payment processor, email, and accounting tools. They may use the information only to provide those services to us.
  • When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, our employees, or the public.

If you are a tenant, property manager, or contractor, we may share job details with the property owner or general contractor responsible for the work.

05

Service requests and online forms

When you submit the Request Service form, the information you enter, including any photos, is sent through a third-party form service to our office so our staff can respond. Please don’t include payment card numbers or other sensitive financial information in the form. If you prefer, you can call the office at (352) 251-2795 instead.

06

Cookies, analytics, and third-party content

Like most websites, this site may use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences and to measure traffic. Some pages show content from third parties, such as Google reviews and maps, and links to our Facebook, Yelp, and Google listings. Those companies may set their own cookies and collect information under their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some embedded content may not load.

07

How long we keep information

We keep service, warranty, permit, and billing records for as long as needed to support the work we performed and to meet legal, tax, and licensing requirements. Requests that don’t become jobs are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond and for our normal business records.

08

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09

Your choices

  • You can ask us to review, correct, or update the contact information we have on file for you.
  • You can ask us to stop contacting you about anything other than an open job, an invoice, or a warranty matter.
  • You can ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep for legal or business reasons.

To make a request, call the office during business hours. We may need to confirm your identity before making changes.

10

Children’s privacy

This website is meant for adults arranging electrical work. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
