Our team

The People You'll Talk To

Call during business hours, and someone on our office staff picks up. No automated system.

  • Lisa Burinskas, office manager.
  • Becky Saylor, dispatch and marketing.
  • Roger Daugherty, estimator, for installs, upgrades, and other quoted work.
  • Kevin Moon, master electrician.

Our electricians stay. The longest-serving technician on the crew has been with Kennedy Electric for more than eight years, and the average is five. That lets us send the same electrician back to your home, except when that person is booked or the job needs a different skill.

How we work

How We Handle a Service Call

  • 01

We evaluate before we fix:Your electrician goes over why you called, evaluates the job, and reviews the findings and the fix with you before doing the work or writing an estimate.

  • 02

No upfront pricing:There's no standard price for a job. Each one is tailored to what you've asked for and priced once we've looked at it.

  • 03

No fee just to show up:There is no trip charge, service fee, or set-up fee. Repair time is billed from arrival.

  • 04

Terms in writing:Our warranty terms are printed on the estimate, the invoice, and the receipt.

  • 05

No knocking on doors:We don't sell door to door.
